Job Role

The IT Supporter position provides an opportunity to work at our Gdańsk office, acting as a local point of contact and managing requests and incidents. You will coordinate with the Managed Service remote team and provide hands-on support for both Global IT and support partner as required.

  • Solve complex technical issues and follow up on Lenovo repairs for laptops waiting to be repaired.
  • Ensure local procurement activities are executed in compliance with Global procurement and finance policy.

Your direct exposure to various stakeholders across departments will allow you to understand how our organization operates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Three years' experience delivering IT services, computer system technology operation, and support.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and commercial behavior in managing suppliers and vendors.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and able to build relationships with ease.
