Job Description

As a Business Product Manager at Allegro sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for identifying and overseeing initiatives within the Allegro Delivery (Carrier Management) area aimed at improving customer satisfaction and enhancing the merchant experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the implementation of strategic projects as the responsible leader/business owner for selected building blocks or areas
  • Meeting with internal and external partners to understand the needs and provide unique value proposition for the service
  • Negotiating business contracts and leading new partnerships
  • Creating the vision and the product requirements in collaboration with the Technology, Marketing, Commercialization, and Carrier Management teams
  • Working closely with the Technology team to plan and execute the development roadmap for the assigned area or process
  • Cooperating with the analytics team to develop metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on the performance with specific KPIs
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in building successful customer-facing products/solutions or managing related projects. Experience in the logistics and delivery area may be an additional benefit
  • Experience in building and managing project scope and roadmap
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and working with external companies
  • Familiarity with working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions
  • Able to build comprehensive recommendations for C-level management
  • Not afraid of volume or financial analysis and know analytical tools (Tableau, Data Studio)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach in analyzing complex issues and data effectively
  • Well-organized and able to set the right priorities to achieve high-quality outputs
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and ready to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging project-based culture
  • Able to motivate others and explain sophisticated ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to respect different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
  • Effective in English (desired C1)
