Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Data&AI team at Allegro sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI and Machine Learning, with experience in product development and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business leaders in proposing and delivering AI solutions to solve business challenges and improve KPIs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI product requirements
  • Develop long-term product roadmaps with a focus on driving business value
  • Work closely with Data Scientist, Engineer, and Analyst Team Managers to manage and prioritize the backlog and drive AI product development
  • Facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and identify and track key performance metrics
  • Communicate product development and plans through presentations, workshops, and review sessions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in a Product Manager or similar role in a technology or Data&AI focused field
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
  • Excellent problem-solving and product discovery abilities with strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Very good business writing skills, organization, and discipline of work
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level and Polish at a minimum C1 level
