Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled German Client Support Specialist to join our team at FIS, a leading provider of banking and payment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting German clients in the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup, integration, and parameter definition of applications for new releases.
  • Provide first-level support services for German clients in the EU.
  • Analyze, check, and solve assigned daily issues or route them to the proper department.
  • Collaborate with first and second-level support teams to troubleshoot in customer environments within Incident Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Experience in application support, preferably in the finance and banking sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages such as Java, VBA, Bash, .NET, Perl.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in German and good English language skills.
