To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Fluency in Danish or Finnish language.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents.
- Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven attitude.
- Flexibility and result-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality.
Bonus qualifications include knowledge of GDPR, AML, KYC, and e-commerce guidelines, as well as fin-tech knowledge and prior experience in customer service or contact centers.
