Role Description

A highly skilled Business Architect will lead business requirement intake for strategic topics aligned with the company's goals. In this role, you will work closely with business owners, process managers, and subject matter experts to facilitate business requirement intake, plan, and bring transparency into our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Requirement Intake: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements for the delivery team.
  • Value Analysis: Review business outcomes, value hypotheses, and business process impact to identify high-level business drivers.
  • Portfolio Planning: Manage the strategic portfolio and prioritize delivery. Execute portfolio framework across all cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio Transparency: Track deliverables and create Roadmaps for strategic topics.

Requirements

  • Strategic Mindset: A background in Design Thinking and project management is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Influence and guide cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex organizations with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Methodological background in Operations with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Jira Experience: A plus.
  • Collaborative Nature: Work with various departments to ensure process alignment with strategic business goals.

Education and Experience

  • University Degree: Or comparable degree required.
  • Work Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management or related areas in operations.
  • Language: Fluent in English.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
