We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Partnership Executive to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our accommodation partners, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Communicate Effectively: You will work closely with our partners to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure they have a seamless experience on our platform.
  • Manage Your Market: You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Identify and Articulate Partner Needs: You will proactively seek out opportunities to create value for our partners, identifying areas where we can improve our services and deliver better results.
  • Formulate and Position Solutions: You will develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners, presenting them in a compelling way to drive adoption and utilization.
  • Gaining Commitment: You will work with our partners to establish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring they are aligned with our shared vision and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a relevant account management/sales function.
  • Languages: Fluent Polish and English speaker and writer.
  • E-commerce and Travel Industry Experience: Affinity or experience within e-commerce and/or travel industry are considered a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Pro-active, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently; team player, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change.
  • Travel Requirements: Driver's license and availability to travel up to 50%.
