Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SGS. As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for providing essential data to support our Talent Acquisition Strategy. Your research and analysis will help us understand the current and future market conditions, enabling us to make informed decisions about our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to inform our recruitment strategy.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and communities for current and future requisitions.
  • Collaborate with our talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent.
  • Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.
  • Develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer.
  • Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems.
