The Opportunity

We are crafting a brand-new Talent Sourcing Hub (Talent Scouts) in Poland as part of leveling up our global TA capabilities. This is a unique chance to be part of something new and innovative from the very beginning.

About the Role

We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcing Lead, GTM (Go to Market) to join our team, playing a key role in filling the candidate pipeline and providing lead generation for our Talent Partners and strategic division. This global role offers the opportunity to take charge of sourcing projects worldwide, with a focus on proactive sourcing, headhunting, referral management, internal talent movement, diversity and inclusion (D&I), and unique roles, ensuring full utilization of the Talent Acquisition (TA) toolkit.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Approach: Develops collaboration and trust, communicates effectively, leads with integrity and appreciation, and improves team performance through coaching and mentoring.
  • Strategic Talent Mapping: Create and implement a global talent mapping strategy, identifying critical roles, skill gaps, and emerging markets.
  • Direct Sourcing Mastery: Apply direct sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build a pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to present pre-qualified candidates that fit their needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends to advise sourcing decisions and address talent shortages.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling messages and provide personalized experiences to potential candidates.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Analyze sourcing metrics to optimize channels and improve conversion rates.
  • Global Mindset: Embrace diversity and adapt sourcing strategies to different cultural contexts.
