About the Role

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Global Talent Sourcing Lead to join our Talent Acquisition Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a global talent pipeline and providing lead generation for our Talent Partners and strategic division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a global talent mapping strategy to identify critical roles, skill gaps, and emerging markets.
  • Apply direct sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build a pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to present pre-qualified candidates that fit their needs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to advise sourcing decisions and address talent shortages.
  • Craft compelling messages and provide personalized experiences to potential candidates.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics to optimize channels and improve conversion rates.
