Be at the Heart of Talent Acquisition in a Global Software Company

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacturing of products across many different industries. Our software is used to conceive and develop innovative products that shape the world around us.

As a Global Talent Sourcing Lead, GTM, you will play a key role in filling the candidate pipeline and providing lead generation for our Talent Partners and strategic division. This global role offers the opportunity to take charge of sourcing projects worldwide, with a focus on proactive sourcing, headhunting, referral management, internal talent movement, diversity and inclusion, and unique roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops collaboration and trust, communicates effectively, leads with integrity and appreciation, and improves team performance through coaching and mentoring.
  • Creates and implements a global talent mapping strategy, identifying critical roles, skill gaps, and emerging markets.
  • Applies direct sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build a pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Partners with hiring managers and recruiters to present pre-qualified candidates that fit their needs.
  • Stays ahead of market trends to advise sourcing decisions and address talent shortages.
  • Crafts compelling messages and provides personalized experiences to potential candidates.
  • Analyzes sourcing metrics to optimize channels and improve conversion rates.
  • Embraces diversity and adapts sourcing strategies to different cultural contexts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in directly sourcing candidates for various roles. Familiarity with Boolean search, X-Ray techniques, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Leads by example, emphasizing the value of coaching and mentoring to improve team performance and individual growth.
  • Outstanding social skills. Builds trust with candidates and hiring teams. Networks like a pro—both online and offline.
  • Stays curious about industry trends, new technologies, and talent market shifts. Translates market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
