We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Field Service Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform technical service activities for medical equipment at customer sites, including installation, repair, diagnostics, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and consultations to customers, distributors, and commercial partners, as well as conduct pre-sales support for medical devices and equipment.
  • Support sales representatives and work closely with the TS coordinator to prepare and report on activity plans.
  • Represent and support the sales of technical services, including spare parts, service contracts, and training.
  • Develop technical training skills and support internal and external technicians.
  • Manage field actions, coordinate new product launches, and end-of-life programs.
  • Provide phone assistance to sales representatives and customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent technical education, preferably electro-mechanical engineering.
  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the medical industry.
  • SEP qualifications up to 1 KV is a plus.
  • Driving license cat. B.
  • Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, use dedicated software, and read service manuals.
  • Good knowledge of digital solutions, including IT connectivity and network communication.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and run time effectively.
  • English written and verbal communication skills.
