About the Role

This Sales Back Office Specialist position ensures the delivery of excellent SBO services every day, providing top-notch customer support. As a key member of the team, you will make a real impact by initiating improvements and supporting digitalization & automation projects. You will contribute to the creation of a European Sales Back-office organization and report directly to the Team Leader Sales Back Office.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing first-level product support to customers via written communication
  • Managing product returns and claims
  • Creating field service orders
  • Performing order processing during peak times
  • Taking part in testing new solutions and participating in process improvement projects
  • Creating and updating proper process documentations
  • Supporting newcomers onboarding
  • Expanding service scope
What We're Looking For

Highly customer-oriented and solution-focused individual with experience in customer-after sales service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Ability to work independently and within a team, willingness to learn quickly, and technical understanding are advantages. Proficiency in English (B1 level) and German (B2/C1 level) is required.
