Digital Entertainment Sales Manager

Responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new merchants based on generated leads and personal research, offering existing merchants better conditions to improve sales.
- Managing a pool of merchants working with Kinguin via success management, reactive operational support, and proactive approach to organise sale activities and promoting opportunities.
- Participating in merchant affairs, from basic daily operations to advanced negotiations, product suggestions, development, and feedback gathering.
- Collaborating on projects related to the merchant division, cooperating with other teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good written and spoken English.
- Sales background.
- Public speaking skills.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
- Advanced problem-solving.
- Decent tech understanding - CRMs, basic project management.
- Certificates related to personal development, tech understanding, business management, sales, etc., are welcome but not mandatory.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager would be beneficial.
