About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the USA market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and create compelling sales proposals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions


About You


The successful candidate will have:



  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with the software development industry and its trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
