We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our obesity sales team in the Western territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies to drive market share growth and maximize business potential.
Your primary focus will be on coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, allocating resources effectively, and collecting data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and budgets within national sales strategy.
- Coaching & development of sales representatives' competencies through effective leadership.
- Collects & reports data about customers, sales field activities, competitor's activities, and health care environment developments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we require you to have a good understanding of the local pharmaceutical market, strong product portfolio knowledge, and excellent managerial skills.
You must also possess a university degree related to natural science or health care, experience in a sales management role in the pharmaceutical industry, and solid knowledge of MS Office.
