Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled T24 Technical Support Specialist to join our team at b2bnetwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues in our Temenos T24 system, working closely with experts from various teams and Temenos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in our Temenos T24 system
  • Liaise with Temenos teams to ensure product problems are understood and resolved
  • Support migration and release events
  • Support functional and non-functional testing activities
  • Plan, implement, and test technical features and improvements
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical risks
  • Share knowledge with team members and coach less experienced experts

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on technical experience with Temenos T24/Transact, excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills, and a solid knowledge of the Oracle stack, Linux, and multi-server environments.
