Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled T24 Technical Support Specialist to join our team at b2bnetwork. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues in our Temenos T24 system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in our Temenos T24 system
  • Liaise with Temenos teams to ensure product problems are understood and resolved
  • Support migration and release events
  • Support functional and non-functional testing activities
  • Plan, implement, and test technical features and improvements
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical risks
  • Share knowledge with team members and coach less experienced experts

Requirements

  • Several years' hands-on technical experience with Temenos T24/Transact
  • Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Application development or engineering background
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Oracle stack
  • Solid experience in Linux and multi-server environments
  • Hands-on experience in scripting tools and programming languages like Java
  • Good communication skills, fluent English

  • Experience with application virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.,)
  • Experience from working in Agile team / SAFe
