About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Infrastructure to join our team at TN Poland. This is a unique opportunity to work with Enterprise customers, helping them optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will deliver technically guided presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs, developing packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.

You will establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve results identified in customer success plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure, with experience working with large-scale enterprise environments. You will also have advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions, including Civil 3D and Infraworks.

You will work closely with an account team, collaborating with other accounts providing your expertise and reporting to a TAS Manager within the EMEA TAS Team.
