We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, and phone
- Meet and exceed industry standard KPIs set
- Assist customers with complex cases regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other service-related issues
- Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to meet customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Polish (min. C1 level)
- Experience in customer service min. 1 year
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Good computer skills
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
