As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers via email, chat, and phone.

You will work closely with our team to meet and exceed industry standard KPIs, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
