This role involves working as an Administration & Payroll Specialist within our Philips People Services team. Your main responsibilities will be focused around managing administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing changes in employees' employment life-cycle according to country payroll calendar and global guidelines.
- Preparing respective employment documentation.
- Generating admin & payroll reports.
- Processing personal data changes of Philips employees.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A Bachelor/Master degree.
- Fluency in English (both orally and in writing).
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Workday/SAP HR system knowledge is a plus.
