We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team at T Hub. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to offer and pre-onboarding stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand recruitment needs and strategies;
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates through various channels;
  • Create and post job advertisements and promote them effectively;
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role;
  • Ensure a seamless and positive Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS systems and internal documentation;
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably including 1 year of experience in in-house recruitment or on RPO projects;
  • Proven ability to source and attract IT talent using diverse tools and methods;
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and good analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good English communication skills (C1) both written and spoken;
  • German language knowledge is considered an asset.
