As a Cloud Communications Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and success for our clients. You'll leverage your expertise in prospecting, territory planning, and identifying new customers through cold calling, lead generation, and networking to expand our reach and revenue.

You'll work closely with pre-sales teams to design innovative CPaaS solutions, especially for clients migrating their communication infrastructure to the cloud and integrating APIs into their customer experience flows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging a solution-oriented sales approach to build and maintain a high-performing new business pipeline that exceeds targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams—Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to navigate complex sales cycles efficiently.
  • Providing timely, accurate forecasts and clear visibility into sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline and pre-committed revenue deals.
