Opis Stanowiska

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Recruitment Service Delivery Managera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie realizacją zamówień i czasem dostarczenia pracowników na dedykowanym rynku. Będziesz zarządzał kosztami rekrutacji, monitorował efektywność i wprowadzał zmiany. Współpracujesz z Kierownikami Struktur Rekrutacyjnych i tworzysz raporty dotyczące efektywności rekrutacji.

Obowiązki
  • Zarządzanie realizacją zamówień i czasem dostarczenia pracowników na dedykowanym rynku.
  • Zarządzanie kosztami rekrutacji przez określanie stawek dla struktur rekrutacyjnych, monitorowanie efektywności i wprowadzanie zmian.
  • Udział w negocjacjach handlowych i pełnienie roli eksperta w zakresie wynagrodzeń dla klientów B2C.
  • Współpraca z Kierownikami Struktur Rekrutacyjnych.
  • Tworzenie raportów dotyczących efektywności rekrutacji na dedykowanym rynku (realizacja zamówień, now show, koszty rekrutacji).
  • Podejmowanie działań mających maksymalizować realizację zamówień w regionach np. przez uruchamianie rekrutacji lokalnej, współpracę z instytucjami rynku pracy, promocję regionalnych ofert pracy.
  • Prowadzenie rejestru przyjazdów na dedykowanym rynku oraz zlecanie przyjazdów uzupełniających.
  • Tworzenie procesów i procedur w obszarze rekrutacji na dedykowanym rynku w współpracy z innymi obszarami w firmie.
Oczekiwania
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji masowych na stanowiska produkcyjne, logistyczne, FMCG, itp.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji transgranicznych w oparciu o partnerów zewnętrznych.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem rekrutacji.
  • Zaawansowana znajomość języków: Polski, Ukraiński/Rosyjski
  • Komunikatywna znajomość Angielskiego
  • Umiejętność obsługi MS Office, CRM oraz ATS.
  • Umiejętność identyfikowania problemów oraz efektywnego znajdowania i wdrażania rozwiązań.
  • Zdolność do analizy danych rekrutacyjnych, monitorowania trendów oraz tworzenia raportów.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, zarówno werbalne, jak i pisemne, umożliwiające efektywne współdziałanie z zespołem, kandydatami i partnerami zewnętrznymi.
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B
