Role Description:
As a Customer Service Representative with Spanish Language skills, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth communication with internal stakeholders and resolving customer inquiries.
You will also ensure timely delivery of products, prepare documentation, and perform order entry activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Ensuring prompt product shipment and invoicing.
- Tracing shipments and interacting with the shipping department.
- Sending documentation to customers.
- Performing order entry activities in the diabetes area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments.
- Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel.
