Job Title: Technical IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Technical IT Support Specialist at NATEK. This role requires strong technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently, provide expert advice to enhance overall IT performance, and serve as a point of contact for IT-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users, including installing, configuring, and updating software and computer hardware.
  • Provide remote and on-site support to company employees, maintaining technical documentation and reporting incidents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the continuity of IT systems operations.
  • Manage IT equipment logistics, including distribution, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Monitor the technical condition of equipment and plan its replacement or repair.
  • Operate the contact center, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Secondary or higher education in preferred fields such as IT, telecommunications, or related areas.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish language.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position is an additional advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and high personal culture.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to manage IT equipment and experience in logistics is an additional asset.

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
