Regional CRM Manager

The Regional CRM Manager is a pivotal role in optimizing customer interactions across the region, driving engagement, retention, and loyalty of our customer base.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing regional customer communication plans, overseeing marketing channel inventory, and optimizing channel utilization.
- Collaborating with global marketing automation teams to optimize the full customer journey and align regional strategies with global standards.
- Leading the regional CRM team, setting goals, and monitoring performance to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, retention marketing experience, or equivalent in digital marketing/analytics functions.
- Experience using marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and project management tools.
- Ability to work with complex localized and regional marketing projects, coordinating logistics with international partners.
