Account Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Account Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our back office processing team, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of customer cards and related operations.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Cards back-office processing
- Responsibility for all incoming garnishments, insolvencies, payouts to creditor, p-account entering/reverting
- Communication with customers, as well as creditors and their representatives
- Handling all processes regarding the topics of customer data requests, and account, estates like: account switching, bank inquiries, GDPR requests, power of attorney, and disposition of estate accounts
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail banking or financial domain, nice to have experience with Cards Chargeback, Collections and Fraud operations
- Fluent in English and German
- Minimum bachelor's degree (preferably in a Commerce/Business/Finance/Accounting related field)
- Good skills in reasoning and analytical thinking
- Strong knowledge on MS Office tools
