Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their pain points and delivering solutions that drive value.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one additional language (French, Italian, Flemish, Arabic, or Cantonese) is required.
  • Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales or business development is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
What We Offer
