Key Responsibilities

This role involves building relationships with existing clients and fostering growth within the managed affiliate programs.

Main tasks include managing affiliate programs in the Polish and CEE markets, coordinating cooperation with other departments, deepening knowledge related to industry trends and Awin products, conducting training sessions and meetings, providing ongoing assistance to clients, recruiting new publishers, developing cooperation with current ones, analyzing activities and projects, creating reports and analyses for assigned clients, and participating in internal projects using various tools such as Asana, Tableau, Power BI, and SimilarWeb.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate channels. They will also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate a commitment to program development, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • A strong team orientation and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and willingness to learn new technology systems.
  • An ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
