Client Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team at Publicis Le Pont. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing client accounts in the advertising industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working with international clients. They will also have a proven track record of delivering integrated advertising campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing client strategies that drive business growth and revenue
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and providing insights for future improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in client account management in the advertising industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and experience working with international clients
- A proven track record of delivering integrated advertising campaigns
We offer a competitive salary of $$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
