As a Technical Account Manager, you will leverage your consultative problem-solving skills and technical expertise to support our clients and drive successful integrations of their e-commerce websites and mobile applications with RTB House. You will also be responsible for daily campaign optimization to ensure all client performance marketing goals are achieved. As a member of the New Products team, you will contribute to implementing new features and ideas in the APAC market.

Digital advertising or e-commerce experience is highly valued. Additionally, since we work in a collaborative environment and are in regular contact with various business and client teams, you must be an effective communicator able to explain complex information to non-technical audiences.

We are looking forward to welcoming a new team member. You will undergo a comprehensive online onboarding process. However, we will provide you with a mentor to support and guide you during your first weeks with us. Also, as everyone at RTB House has a clear career path, you will always know if you are on track to progress.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that technical issues/tickets are responded to within the agreed SLAs;
  • Leading the RTB House and client website/mobile app integration to ensure proper tag installation;
  • Optimizing daily campaigns to meet various client marketing goals;
  • Collaborating with Sales & Account Managers to deliver client success and satisfaction, meeting set goals and promptly addressing technical issues;
  • Communicating with Business & Technical Teams through tickets, emails, and calls.

Our requirements:

  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (or Python);
  • Experience with Google Chrome's debugging console;
  • Solid understanding of Excel (Lookup/Pivot table, standard formulas);
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (e.g., programmatic, AdTech, AdOps) is highly valued;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer / Branch is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced English language skills.
