About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Manager to join our team at Agiliway. As a Key Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for proactively prospecting for new potential deals and expanding our current customer base through various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting the value of Agiliway services and offerings to potential clients and nurturing prospects
  • Identifying and evaluating potential clients' needs to meet their business expectations
  • Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas by bringing new logo business
  • Building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players
  • Keeping updated information in CRM, reporting activities

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of similar experience with a proven track record of annually closing new business
  • Understanding of the full-cycle sales process
  • Ability to meet deadlines and reach sales quotas
  • Written and spoken English, with German being a plus
  • Willingness to travel
