Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager with expertise in change management to join our CSX Strategy, Planning & Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll help create, deliver, and maintain change management strategies across all of our programs.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a change management role.
  • You possess demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • You have exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager - Change Management Expert, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing comprehensive change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives within the CSX organization.
  • Collaborating closely with Business Analysts and Program Managers to assess the impact on various segments of the organization.
  • Implementing an effective organizational change methodology applicable across CSX.
  • Evaluating the anticipated impact of planned organizational changes.
  • Identifying potential risks and devising strategies for mitigating them.
  • Anticipating and addressing resistance to change proactively.
  • Collaborating with CSX Technical Writers to ensure consistency in communications.
  • Defining clear success metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of change management efforts.
  • Providing timely reporting and updates to management and project teams.
  • Offering regular coaching sessions to other CSX Managers on managing the effects of change within their teams.
  • Collaborating with fellow AMER, EMEA, and APAC Change Leads to build a Change network within the CSX organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a remote position with no specific location requirements.
