Job Summary: We seek an Accommodation Manager who embodies our values and can effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our residence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Safety and Security:
    • Conduct regular health and safety inspections to ensure the well-being of our residents and staff.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential incidents.
  2. Space Management:
    • Oversee the smooth operation of our residence, including administrative tasks and team management.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Customer Experience:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Monitor resident feedback and implement action plans to continuously improve their experience.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on their growth, development, and well-being.
    • Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication.
