We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Airline Customer Service Advisor to join our team at SAS in Warsaw, Poland.
OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Nordic 5-star airline, providing exceptional customer service to passengers from around the world. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with flight reservations, inquiries, and special service requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbound Calls and Chats: Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish, providing excellent customer service to passengers.
- Flight Information: Advise customers on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
- Reservation Management: Manage reservation changes, personal data updates, and special service requests (e.g., wheelchair assistance, animals).
- Ticket Cancellations and Refunds: Process ticket cancellations, refunds, and assist with ticket purchases and payment methods.
- Travel Difficulties: Support customers experiencing travel difficulties.
- Danish Language: Fluency in Danish (C1 level, spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- English Proficiency: Proficient in English (B2 level) to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills including MS Office, web browsers, and general computer proficiency.
- Customer Focus: Positive attitude with a passion for customer and colleague communication.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, digital service platforms, and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Fully Paid Training: Fully paid 2-month training program with a dedicated training buddy.
- Upskilling Opportunities: Training conducted in English (Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:30) with upskilling opportunities after 3 months.
- Shift Work: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday (07:00 - 19:00); occasional weekend shifts (Saturday - Sunday, 09:00 - 18:00) twice a month.
- Salary: Competitive salary of 9550 PLN gross per month.
- Relocation Package: Includes 2 weeks' accommodation in a hotel and covers transfer costs from the original city to Warsaw.
