Job Position

The Senior Key Account Manager will serve as the key point of contact between PayU and its clients, focusing on discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while meeting company expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Achieve set sales goals and meet profitability expectations.
  2. Gain new opportunities to implement large payment projects.
  3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  4. Attract high revenue merchants and provide them with solutions based on PayU's offering.
  5. Educate potential customers about online payments and the value of our offering.

Required Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in sales positions with exposure to internet and e-commerce sales processes.
  • Knowledge of the payment or financial industry.
  • Experience in a global organization and exposure to global sales.
  • Documented achievements in effective sales.
  • Deep understanding of customers' business needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish, both spoken and written.
