Technical Support Specialist with German/Customer Service Agent with German

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with German language proficiency to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers through inbound calls and messages
- Analyzing and resolving customer queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
- Upselling and promoting products
Requirements
- German language at C1 level or above
- English language skills (B1/B2 level an asset)
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts (5 days a week, 40 hours)
- Willingness to work on a mandate contract for a period of two weeks, followed by an employment contract for an indefinite period
