Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer with German, you will be part of our team providing excellent technical support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  2. Resolve complex technical issues through thorough troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  3. Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop and implement solutions to customer issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and emerging trends in the industry.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
  1. Fluency in English and German languages.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  4. Experience in radio communications and telecommunications technologies.
  5. Knowledge of Kepner-Tregoe problem-solving methodology.
