DB2 Technical Support Specialist

As a DB2 Technical Support Specialist at Ibm Polska Sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for handling complex technical cases for high-profile IBM customers. Your expertise in DB2 systems, including Db2 EventStore, Db2 Warehouse, DPF/HADR/PureScale clusters, IIAS appliance, and Db2 on Cloud, will be essential in resolving issues and improving product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to product installation, configuration, and utilization.
  • Work on cases involving cluster system analysis, corruption issues, and performance problems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues and identify defects.
  • Debug Db2 software with knowledge of C/C++ programming, operating systems, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
