About the Role:

Glovo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Regional team in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance in several cities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability in your assigned cities.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders to drive sales and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and central teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead by example and set high standards for the team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of delivering challenging KPIs and projects.
  • Business acumen and ability to grasp key drivers in a business P&L.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Polish and English language proficiency (written and spoken).
