About the Role

This exciting opportunity as Territory Manager within our Ethicon team will challenge you to bring added value to our customers, deliver financial growth, and improve internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, nurses, and operating theater management.
  • Closely collaborate with internal resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Take ownership of the territory and assigned accounts, meeting defined targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to identify insights and improve results.
  • Facilitate congresses, user meetings, and events to improve understanding of our offer.
  • Manage contracting, pricing, and tendering processes in assigned accounts.
  • Develop communication and influential skills to become a high-impact presenter.
