Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for strategic customers, coordinating internal teams to resolve issues and meet their needs.
  • Regularly review and follow up on customer support requirements, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various Amadeus departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Develop and implement customized service solutions to meet customer needs.
