Job Description:

The CRM Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and executing customer relationship management strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage CRM campaigns based on consumer insights, business objectives, and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of new campaigns to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Create and manage consumer segments and targeting inline with global guidelines and localization objectives
  • Manage consumer data base and implement marketing automation
  • Identify and implement improvements to customer relationship processes
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Recommend solutions to improve customer experience
  • Prepare reports to present findings to stakeholders
  • Plan and control campaign budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand, Consumer Activation, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing, economics, or IT
  • At least 2 years of CRM experience: professional experience in execution of CRM strategist, lifecycle, and retention campaigns within an agency or at retail/FMCG
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
  • Digital marketing principles and analytical thinking
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
  • Experience with CRM tools e.g. ACS, CDP, UTM Tool
