Administrative Assistant for Global Consulting Company

Oliver Wyman, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide executive-level administrative support to Principals, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing calendars.
- Prepare and submit monthly timesheets and expense reports.
- Maintain and update client contact databases for accurate information.
- Assist in the coordination of customized mailings and projects with the Marketing Department.
- Prepare letters, proposals, and other documents using Oliver Wyman formatting styles.
- Provide short-term coverage for Administrative Assistants and Partners/Principals as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and projects to improve processes and performance.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
- Strong client service attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with a can-do attitude and high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM is a plus.
