Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Fortive Corporate. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and managing various data administration tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other employee-related matters.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and payroll inputs.
  3. Process employee transactions, such as changes in employment status, salary adjustments, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
  4. Improve employee support processes and knowledge base through feedback analysis, identifying areas for enhancement, and providing recommended solutions.
  5. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to employees.
  2. Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate employee records and process transactions with precision.
  3. HR knowledge, with an understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least one year of experience supporting the DACH region. Proficiency in using HRIS systems, such as Oracle, for data management and reporting.
