Main Responsibilities- Process and validate external supplier invoices, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues with invoices and payments.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects focused on process improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancements.
- Prepare and analyze key performance indicators and financial reports.
- English language proficiency (B2 level) for written and verbal communication.
- German language proficiency (B2 level) for written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices in Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable.
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
