Internal Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

The Internal Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading our internal sales team and driving sales growth and profitability in assigned territories.

  • Develop and execute strategic customer development plans.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. You will also have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and experience working with chefs and managers in restaurants and hotels.

  • Pipeline management and forecasting experience.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, listening, and questioning skills.
