Internal Sales Team Lead
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Internal Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading our internal sales team and driving sales growth and profitability in assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic customer development plans.
- Analyze and report on sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. You will also have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and experience working with chefs and managers in restaurants and hotels.
- Pipeline management and forecasting experience.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation, listening, and questioning skills.
