Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 7 years' Cost Management experience, with experience in commercial, data center, high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing industries preferred. You will have a good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering. A strong understanding of cost management procedures, templates, and products is also necessary.

You will be comfortable operating in a client-facing role, leading project teams, and managing difficult stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively are also required. A degree in a relevant field, such as quantity surveying or construction management, is highly desirable.
